Our Associate, Nikolaos Papadopoulos, was recently invited to participate in a very interesting webinar organized by Michalsons for the members of its data protection programme.
His presentation consisted of an introduction about the fines imposed by the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA), which included an overview of the way in which the HDPA handles cases of data infringement, with references to its most recent Annual Report and related decisions imposing fines against telecom organizations.
