The “Comparative Handbook: Robotic Technologies Law” has now been published by the Larcier Group.
It is a comparative study carried out by members of the Lexing® Network, which proposes an overview, having regard to the legislation of 17 different countries, of the legal issues raised by robotics and the way the law in force responds, in a more or less satisfactory manner.
The Greek chapter of the book was a contribution of Ballas, Pelecanos & Associates LPC, written by George Ballas & Theodore Konstantakopoulos.
You can buy the book on the Larcier website.
