Gregory Pelecanos, Senior Partner at Ballas Pelecanos Law, has been invited by the leading think tank diaNEOsis to join a panel discussion on whether and how the Greek Constitution should be amended regarding Independent Authorities.
The panel, in addition to Gregory Pelecanos, includes:

?? Nikos Alivizatos, Professor Emeritus at Athens University Law School and former member of the Data Protection and National Radio & Television Authorities.
?? Konstantinos Menoudakos, President of the Data Protection Authority and former Chief Justice of the Conseil d'Etat.
?? Dimitris Charalambis, Professor Emeritus at Athens University School of Economics and Political Sciences and former Vice President of the National Radio and Television Authority.
The discussion will be coordinated by Kyriakos Papanikolaou, Lecturer in Administrative Law at the Democritus University of Thrace School of Law.
Gregory has been invited both as a Competition law practitioner and as a Board member of the NGO ????????????????’ ???????????????? ?????? ???? ???????? ??????????????, to put forward views pertaining to the separation of politics from economic/business interests, efficient management of public bodies and the role of independent Competition Authorities in the modern info-tech economic environment.
