We, at Ballas Pelecanos Law, are proud that THERMOELECTRIC KOMOTINI SINGLE PERSON SOCIETE ANONYME, a natural gas CCGT POWER PLANT, is now connected to the grid on a trial basis and has successfully produced and supplied electricity to the national grid, 3 years following clearance by the Hellenic Competition Commission.
On 27 August 2021, we reported that the Hellenic Competition Commission cleared a €385 million concentration to establish a CCGT electricity plant, with our firm acting as lead advisers.
