Grace Katsoulis and her corporate law team set up GEO Mobility Hellas S.A., the importing entity, and arranged all the respective infrastructure. GEO Mobility Hellas S.A. is a subsidiary of Union Group, a multinational company with extensive holdings in the automotive, retail, energy and real estate sectors.
Gregory Pelecanos and his team of automotive, distribution and competition lawyers have acted as legal advisors to GEO Mobility Hellas S.A., advised Union Group/Geo Mobility in its distribution and aftersales negotiations with Geely and assisted with customs preparations and related matters.
