Zoe is a Senior Associate at Ballas Pelecanos Law and a member of our firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Data Privacy, Corporate & Commercial and Consumer Rights & Product Liability practice groups.

She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2015 and is admitted before the Court of Appeals. Zoe obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has also obtained the IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification.

At Ballas Pelecanos Law she advises domestic and multinational clients in navigating the rapidly changing regulatory landscape of new technologies and privacy adopting a business-driven approach. She has experience in a variety of industry sectors, including media and technology, automotive, retail, tourism, energy, healthcare, retail, and finance.

Her practice focuses on data protection, cybersecurity, electronic communications, IT and cloud computing, AI, IoT, blockchain, NFTs, cryptocurrencies, e-commerce, digital applications and marketplaces, direct marketing, and telecommunications. She is regularly involved in due diligence exercises and compliance programmes, while her daily work covers the drafting of complex commercial and data processing agreements and terms and conditions as well as advice on consumer protection law.
